Woods is seconds away from fighting a professional mixed martial arts contest at the "Game Over" event at Littledown Leisure Centre. He is recieving his last set of instructions and is evidently deep in thought. Game Over Fight Team
(SDCS Competition Team) are always preparing for the next fight show, home and away (ask in class if you are interested in coming along to any of the shows). The Team comprises of MMA and Kick Boxing. If you are interested in training for a competition have a chat with Phil, and he will explain the commitments (training, diet etc.) you will need to think about.
